WHAT?
︎ We are the FUN JEWISH WEDDING BAND - a klezmer ensemble composed of close friends and family, based in the greater New York and Boston areas. The joy we get from playing together is infectious and fills the room as party guests twirl about and lose themselves in ecstatic dancing. We all have rich backgrounds in the Yiddish arts so our specialty is the klezmer hora. Depending on your needs we can play two or even three raucous dance sets! We can also offer music at other points throughout the wedding - ketubah signing, procession, chuppah, and yichud - helping to make the entire event spirited, memorable, and perhaps even transcendent. We are a full-service band and (depending on member availability) we can also provide MC-ing, dance leading, DJ-ing, and sound coordination.
